I received my bachelor's degree in education from Loyola University Chicago and went on to receive my master's degree in administration and supervision from St. Xavier University. I have over 15 years of education experience and have spent the last 5 years coaching teachers and working as an educational consultant.
I am a member of several professional educational organizations across the country. I work with a variety of schools in both the public and private sectors to improve school climate, strengthen educator resilience, and improve student achievement.
When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy researching new educational practices, attending educational conferences and doing what I love most - Teaching!
